We design and manufacture Shell and Tube heat exchangers to meet the thermal and mechanical requirements of our clients. These are used where energy between two confined fluids are required. They have good temperature and pressure retaining properties, as they can withstand high temperatures and pressures, as well as thermal and mechanical stresses.
Where required, these heat exchangers can be designed to meet international standards such as TEMA, API 660, API 614. We design them using HTRI for thermal and pressure drop validations and PV Elite for mechanical integrity. These software tools help us to optimise the design parameters, such as shell diameter, tube length, tube pitch, baffle spacing, nozzle size, and more, to ensure the best performance and efficiency of the heat exchangers.
These heat exchangers can be made from virtually any material that is permitted in ASME (typically CS, St/St, Duplex, Super Duplex and Cu variations) and can be certified with ASME U-Stamp / PED / UKCA or other local variations.
