When the plant is shut down, we transport the equipment to our factory in Lincoln UK, where we conduct a thorough evaluation of the damage, identify the root cause, assess the quality and compliance, and generate a recommendation report. We provide a fixed and final quotation before we start any work, with the goal of restoring the equipment to a condition that is as close to new as possible.
Work includes: cleaning, tube replacement, replacement of corroded metal, surface treatment, painting, leak test, hydrostatic test, UT, RT, LPI, ASME U stamp, PED, 3rd party inspection, FAT, design validation, modernisation, compliance with harmonised specifications.
Where equipment has deteriorated beyond repair, SHE will recommend a new unit on an expedited lead time to fit within the plant shut down schedule.
Also prior to shut down SHE can perform a site inspection to advise and verify the best remedial plan.
